Are you buying or selling? Northern or southern Jeep (rust from salt) new motor or "new" used motor?

I wouldn't even hazard a guess without seeing the vehicle, too many variables and we don't have anywhere near enough info.

List it for $3750 and see if you get any bites. Someone may be in the same boat as you where when you bought it. A 2wd jeep makes a great first car, mine was. Always shoot high you may get lucky.

The fact that you are in Texas (or at least appear to be) might make the 2wd a non issue. Lots of people drive jeeps that never go off road.
I'd price it 500-1000 more than I want to get for it. If you price too much higher than you actually expect to get you may scare people from calling you.
Try an auto trader or cars.com search and see what others are asking for similar vehicles near your area, that would give you a good ballpark of what the market will support.
