Smile Heater fan speed

My 96 Jeep Grand Cherokee has a heater blower issue. Ive been told that a speed resistor is probly the problem. Ive looked at a couple videos that say its only a 20 min job. Mine looks like it is a lot longer than that. Anyone got an idea to share,. ?

Under the glove box area, behind some plastic covers held up by screws. It's pretty simple to do. The resistor is held on by 2 bolts (I forget what size)

Replaced the resistor on my 96 in under 10 minutes. It's really a very simple job.
