Has anyone measured out their RC 4.5" lift?
a few months ago I put an RC 4.5" lift on my xj, and I absolutely love it! now a buddy of mine picked up a 3 inch lift and we installed it on his and his looks almost stock, so we decided to measure. According to most websites the stock heigh of a cherokee measuring from the center of the hub to the bottom of the fender flares is 17 inches or so, correct? So we measured his out and it's just over 20 inches, awesome! he's getting his 3 inches. But mine sits quite a bit higher than his, so I decided to measure mine while we were at it and I got 23 inches? anyone else noticed anything like this?

How old is your lift? I have the same RC lift that i installed about a year ago. I would say ive lost about an inch in lift since than. I guess it just takes a while to settle!

I do not believe the 17" thing is true, mine sits at 18" and it's a stock 86. It should have sagged a LOT more than newer ones that people took that measurement from.
