Default Gothic Safari Roof Rack - Forum Poll

I have an idea.

A safari roof rack for my Cherokee made with the pointy finials from a wrought iron fence.

(Inspired by the Mayor's Car from Nightmare Before Christmas.

Thoughts? Comments? Insults?

I think would look cool, just don't over do it. Find just the right amount. They look like they would also make awesome tie down hooks.

Could be cool. Think it would make more sense on a black jeep. Goths arent rockin a whole lot of blue last i checked. Nice idea though.

I had a similar idea for my Nate's rack but mines going to be more cemetery gates and spider webs ......not gaudy though.

I think it will only look cool if you put them on the four corners only, and keep them short more like a spade.

Thanks everybody.
Good comments all.
Will take it all in.
If I decide to do it... I will post a shot.

If I do it and don't like it... I'll just take it off and ebay the hell out of it!

That would look cool. All you need is zombie stickers and your heep would look like a zombie hunting machine.

I think it'd be pretty cool, and hey if it looks bad you can always cut the end off and just leave it flush. And as someone else mentioned, looks like pretty good tie-down points.

I created a 5 minute mock up of the rack.
Just so I could get a sense of what the finials looked like...
