Omg dude $2,800??? Walk up there with $2,500 and buy it!! That's a heck of a deal it runs good

Atmos 10-25-2012 06:20 PM

ehh. there's not much to go off of. looks like a nice jeep but it could use some tuning. $2500 if it's in as good of shape as it looks. motor swaps always worry me

Looks pretty nice for the cash. Needs way more tire with that much lift though.

Get it dude. Looks straight to me, but might be good too good to be true. Go check it out.

i paid 2800 for my 4 door and this looks a lot nicer.

andrewmp6 10-25-2012 11:34 PM

He don't say what lift is on it that kinda bothers me,As long as nothing major is wrong with it i would buy it.And that gas mileage sounds about right remember a 4x4 is always hard on gas.A friend of mine has a bone stock 90s wrangler with the 4 cylinder and he only gets 18mpg in it.

kennzz05 10-25-2012 11:52 PM

the truck by itself in "good " shape books at 1,700 so for another thou you get a couple thou worth of extras
but be warned obviously this trk is off roaded which means its subject to alot more stress than youre typical daily driver and you can and should plan on alot of little things going bad, not to say dont buy it just know what to expect.if you dont have the skills to fix it or the money than it might be good to look for a stock truck that hasnt been off roaded and do the mods youreself. just something to think about. good luck with whatever you decide

thanx for the suggestions guys, i think i might go check it out.

Donnie_K 10-26-2012 06:50 AM

10 mpg on 31's? wtf? mine gets like 17 on 31's.... with crappy 3.07 gears!

lukes_ranger 10-26-2012 11:37 AM

got some more info. the lift is Rough Country Rustys. 4.5" kit. 1.5 in rear shackles, and spacers in front??

Donnie_K 10-26-2012 01:35 PM

Rough country and rusty's are two different companies, lol. Does it still have Stock Gears? Junk Yard Motor? at 6.5" and only on 31's? I think 31's look too small on my 4.5". Really the only thing it's got going it is the new steering components if that's true, Control arm drop brackets if you never plan on going long arms, the bumpers, skids, and safari rack.
