Getting rid of under body rust
What can I use or do to get rid of surface rust?
Cut & replace or wait and then cut & replace.
What are we talking about? Floor pans? Suspension, diff type stuff?
Where is the rust located and how bad is it? Do you have any pics? "Surface" rust doesn't sound that bad. It might also help to know where your Jeep is from.

Well it is almost has if the Fluid Film had "conditioned" the metal. What was a rust red was not a mud brown. I never did POR 15 there. I do Fluid Film every year for the winter. I live in New England and they use that crap on the roads.

Well not starting anything but with proper prep and use in its intended purpose it really works great have used it for many years. If used were it will be in sunlight then will need a cover coat as it doesn't like sunlight.
