Finally got a winch. killer deal.
So I found a killer deal on craigslist. I paid $200 for the winch, receiver mount/cradle, winch cover and ****** block. Along with a wireless and a wired controller. According to my research the viper winches are the same rebrands as the engo, smittybilt and rough country winches.

Hell for that price if you use for a boat anchor your money ahead, or resell and buy exactly what you want plenty of profit to be made.
