F150 springs (rear)
I know how much you get from a s10 or dakota but what would you get using the main leaf from a full size F150 rear? Just wandering if anyone knew.

Is the spring width the same? Also I think it would be a stiff ride because the f-150 springs are made to handle more weight. S-10's are designed to hold just a little more weight than our XJ's.

the best leafs i have found are the dodge van 2500 leafs they have the same front eye to center and are just about a inch or two longer from center pin to rear eye so they work good for lifting cause the shackle angle will still be ok. plus they have a pretty good weight capacity. i am using the main and the one right below that with a few leafs from a procomp 2 inch lift pack and i got 4.5 inches of lift.
