exocage,...rock sliders

First off, sorry if this isnt the place to post this question it can be moved to the right place if needed.

Ok well I'm wanting to do an exocage on my cherokee, but first start off with some rock slider/guards, but i have a question for all of you with exocages and rock sliders. Did you bolt the cage to the unibody or weld it(bolt meaning welding to a square piece of metal and then bolting that metal straight to the body)? Also, people who have 4 door cherokees that keep their doors on, how do you make it so that you can open all doors and not have them hit the bar(i plan on making a bar come from the top of the cage/cherokee to the bottom of the cage/cherokee to give the body a little more strength and less twisting).

Also pics of your exocage and/or rock slider would be nice :)

I'm glad we've got your permission.:tongue_smilie:

Welding is typically the best way.

Moved to Chat.

As for the rear door it doesnt open to a 90* angle. You can place a bar there and still use the door.

Google image search caged or exo'd cherokee for ideas.
