I wouldn't based off the issues my friends have had with them. Major death wobble problems.

Heard great things about GY Duratracs. They'll be my next tire.

When I was in Canada, just about every other truck/suv had Duratracs. I hope the MTZs aren't like snow saucers

It's not too far off. My shop teacher's stock 93 ZJ had horrible DW. He was told by the dealership that it was his tires. Tires it was. My DW problem has taken a rest too with my new tires with their heavier sidewalls, though MTRs are basically sold for the kevlar sidewall.

When I worked at 4 wheel parts in Coppell texas over a few years I never seen a Mtz cause dw. But I have seen cupped tires. And several worn front end parts cause it. The tires on my Xj are ****cepek mountain cats. Basically a Mtz it is made in the same plant I have don't have dw problems

DW could happen with any tire. My rig started wobbling one day down the hwy, freaked me out. Found out that the "pro's" that mounted and balanced my tires, inflated them to 44 psi. O.o

I deflated them to 35 psi, no more wobbly. I have GY Workhorses which Duratracs replaced. I'm sure rigs with Duratracs have had DW.

To say that one certain brand or make is more prone to DW prob isn't the best assesment. To ascertain that more GY tires are reported with DW MAY be safe, but only because they are one of the top selling brands in the nation, and probably the most common found on off road vehicles which tend to be the only victims of DW.

Just my $0.02.
