When driving my CJ I'll wave and get a decent amount of waves back.
In the XJ..................very seldom do I get a return wave.
But if I see a Jeep broken down on the side of the highway, I'll gladly stop and lend a hand if needed.

I wave, but have yet to have one returned. If I were a less secure man I might feel like an idiot.
I think mostly people around here have no idea what they're driving and probably wonder why that retard is waving... they're like "¿Sabe usted que el hombre?"... "Eh, no".

I hate when the modded Jeeps even look at you like you're an idiot. I typically do more of the park next to another jeep in a parking lot than wave. Parked next to some other lifted xj and the guy left a note on mine saying nice xj. Other than that Jeeps are grocery getters around here

Try waving at every single vehicle that passes, now that's entertainment. Lol
But really, normal days, I'll wave to all XJs I see, rarely get responses the closer I get to denver, but the closer I get to the mountains the more waves I get returned. It makes me smile

I don't drive mine on the street much, but i'll wave at other lifted jeeps, I'd say its about 50/50 on the response.
What I like more is little kids pointing/ smiling at the jeep and the disgusted look I get from uppity people

I've given up waving at most stock XJs now. Usually filled with elderly or middle ages drivers who don't care you wave

As someone mentioned earlier I only wave at XJ's (I get alot of waves back, and waves at). If I get a wave from a wrangler then Ill wave back. Only modded XJ's here are younger people....
