Do you guys think my 2wd xj would make it?
You guys know a lot more than I do and was wondering if you think my 2wd xj would be able to make this trail.
check my build page out. ive got a few videos of me wheelin my 2wd
yep i think you could make it. a few of those hills might be difficult for street tires after a rain though. it looked like more of a road than a "trail".
Looks like a dirt road go for it.
I forgot to say my back tires are offroad, not like those epic ones you guys have :P but the normal offroad tires. the ones on the front are street tires
Go for it...you'll do fine, I've done worse stuff in my tercel ( not my choice, long story lol )
Go for it. The only thing 2wd sucks in is snow, mud, and like 4ft ledges :D
I highly doubt you'll have a problem.
My buddy on 35's and locked rear can do trails a lot harder then this in 2 wheel drive. So go for it. He gets bored when he cant use 4 wheel drive. haha
thanks for the replies :) just wanted to be sure :D
Just make sure you have good tow points front and rear incase you need them.
Unless I missed something, I saw nothing that the family car couldn't do with a little finesse. So if that is a problem for you get some driving instruction from someone that knows trail driving.
For a couple of years I drove the family car off road in the southern Nevada Desert without any problems. The secret. Go slow, pick you route, try to go around things instead of over them and KNOW your ground clearence.
You will be suprised where a 2 wheel drive will take you and bring you back home, if you do your part. |
