death wobble bad need help

so i have a 2000 xj and it’s lifted on coil spacers but it death wobbles really bad i have play in my track bar just curious if the spacers could cause death wobble also have play in my sway bar links

You literally answered your own question...

Fix the track bar and take it for a ride to see if it's fixed. A loose track bar is a big cause of death wobble.
