Default Which cutout flares

I'm undecided about which cutout flares I should get, Rusty's or Bushwacker. What do you think?
The Rusty's are the top pic and Bushwacker on the bottom.

If I had a fat wallet then I would have the bushwackers on mine along with a wishlist of other parts that I am not going to get started on.

So, back to your question, based on looks alone I like the Bushwackers. JMO But, I beleive Rusty's are a little cheaper.

Edit: I beleive Rusty's has their flares on clearance right now.

They are on sale BUT they are ripping you off with shipping. If you buy four of their flares, it's $27 to ship. If you buy TWO of their clearance flares, it's $39!! WTF. Rustys.....

Bushwackers look good but are SO expensive. I would also ask the question on whether you wheel and what type of wheeling you do. Not that I care, I am just saying that a lot of people end up damaging their bushwackers on trees and what else not and there goes all the money.

I like the look of the bushwackers the best but I agree with Jake, no reason to spend lots of green on something you are gonna break off.

I don't wheel hard and I don't have the money to spend on flares. I want to try to make some simple ones out of diamond plate (painted black) or something like that. I havnt decided yet.

Both bushwackers and rusty's standard flares aren't not meant for banging against stuff, except rusty's flex flares which can take that kind of abuse. They are mainly to keep your rig legal in states that do not allow wide tires, to fit bigger rubber, and also to keep dirt and crap from kicking up on the rig. When they say "trail tested" or whatever, they meant that it can handle all the crap that your tires kick up at them, not what you can and cannot hit without breaking them. They are a cosmetic upgrade to allow you to fit bigger tires, not meant to be indestructible. Think of flares as side view mirrors. They are there for a purpose but will get damaged or torn off if you "allow" them to. Don't hit things.

Both flares look good but it depends on what size tire you want to run. Rusty's flares look better with smaller tires like 31's to 33's and bushwackers look better with 33+ tires.
