clutch not like it used to be
 
i have a 97 jeep cherokee and the clutch has decided to turn on me. its hard to get into gear and hard just to push it in. i dont have money to get a new car. i need to know how to fix this problem or i wony have a car to use. please help!

Sounds like its time to buy a new clutch.

yeah it's sounds like your in need of a new clutch. If you are mechanically inclined and know what your doing you can do it yourself... just have some good help around. Otherwise a shop will charge around 600 ( around my town that is the price i got with my own parts) for them to put it in.

i looked up a new clutch kit and its going to be around $100 so thats not too bad

They are fairly cheap but the expensive part is having it installed.

yeah i know, im going to atempt it. this should be fun haha although im more of a engine guy
