Talking caster angle help!

Alright so i did a RC 3" lift, on top of that the teraflex 1.5" budget boost. I wobble a little at 70km. I called the Jeep Dr in winnipeg and they told me i needed longer upper control arms and maybe a drop pitman arm. i ordered myself some rubicon express adjustable UCA's. From the information i gathered i'm supposed to have 5 to 7 degrees of caster, i'm not sure if thats positive or negative. is positive making the diff point down or point up? Am i supposed to measure off the ball joint? i'm 17 and a rookie back yard mechanic, i need a dummy proof explanation please!

Shim out the lower arms about 1/4" and it should go away. You can buy them or make your own like link below. Longer uppers would make it worse. You need positive caster, not negative.

Positive caster will be the lower ball joint farther forward than the upper so it will be aiming the pinion downward
