Default Canadian dealers, and outfitters?

Anyone have any links to Canadian aftermarket outfitters and parts dealers?

I did a couple searches, and couldn't find anything, if I missed them, my humblest apologies.

Did a google.ca search and it brought up quite a few things in your area. Might want to give that a try.

Ya, I ran a couple Google searches, with a couple different keyword combination's. I came up with a couple rather lack luster sites, and a couple good ones way out west. Perhaps you used a different keyword/combination that I didn't think of, since I'm fairly new to the whole building a Jeep with purchased parts online thing and all. Sharing that info would have probably been more productive/constructive then a curt response that seemed to be formulated to imply some sort of mistake on my part.

I figured I'd ask here and see if anybody had any they liked, perhaps having dealt with them, themselves personally. The search I referred to, was in relation to this site. As I see a plethora of American links here, there and everywhere.

Atleast I replied...

Sorry I could not be of more assistance. I am not from the great white north and only have limited knowledge of what shops are available in your area. I mentioned google.ca as it will pull up listings specific to Canada. I thought it was productive/constructive and was not intended to place any sort of blame on yourself for asking such a question. Your curt question received an appropriate reply. Next time check the attitude at the keyboard I was only trying to help.

I obviously misread your reply, my humblest apologies.

I appreciate the effort thank you, but, and I do hate to say it, that would be extremely useful if I lived in Ontario CA. Don't worry though I had the same issue when I did a Google search, even after clicking on the "Pages from Canada" button, which is why I gave up and asked.

I'm under the impression there's a 4X4 shop on every corner in most Californian cities. Kind of like Tim Horton doughnut shops up here, lol.

Stupid Ontario California.

4x4 Rock Spyder is in Markham, ON.

National 4wd has one in Burlington, ON.

Sorry about that. What part of ON you from? Are you close enough to drive into Michigan, Minnesota or New York?

yup, jim at rock spyder is a great guy. really good prices and he does probably the best work around the GTA. he once worked with hans from ORV.

there's also TMR customs in aurora. again, another great shop with some nice product.

and there's CT Motorsports in brampton

then there's just jeeps off the 400 at finch.
then of course there's national 4wd in burlington.
and off road addiction in london.

also there's offroad outfitters company @ 647 333 9461 (my buddy shawn. it's a new shop).
and again, there's Staang's Fab. (my buddy eric).

those are the ones i've dealt with in the past with good experience, except i don't care for national 4x4 because of their high prices due to being a franchise. i've also had bad customer service, so i won't go back.

cheers.

oh, and there's overdrive automotive in newmarket also.

Thanx, those are exactly what I was looking for!!!
Sorry about that.
No worries, you were trying to help.

What part of ON you from?
Georgina Township. Toronto's first cottage country.

Are you close enough to drive into Michigan, Minnesota or New York?
I wish. The US is where I did a lot of my shopping way back before wife, kids, work and a brush with the law impeded my travels.

Their site really looks good.

Thanx, I have a lot of calls to make.

That's what I was hoping for, real feedback. Thanx for your input.

oh, and there's overdrive automotive in newmarket also.
I think I know where they are, or were, I don't know if they're still there. I've met some locals here that didn't have kind words. When I bought my first XJ, I paid them a visit and got a lot of double talk, maybe's and vagueness. I ended up building my own bumpers and lift that time. This time I would like a tried and true lift, but I'm more comfortable buying it from a shop I can deal with if I have questions. Where I can get honest straight forward answers.

Thanx for your help guys. Now I know where to start.
