Hard to tell the full extent of the damage. As long as the rail(s) are straight it probably isn't too difficult of a fix. Since the windshield is cracked the A-Pillar is likely tweaked (which technically qualifies as "structural" damage on a uni-frame vehicle) but probably isn't too hard to pull straight as long as it is only bent or dented and not crumpled or badly creased. The rocker is definitely damaged (the rocker panel itself is only cosmetic not structural) but it is difficult to determine if the pinch-seam (again probably not too difficult to pull straight) behind it is damaged or not with the rocker in place. A pic from underneath would be most helpful in determining the condition of the rail and pinch seam. Of course the doors are toast.

Insurance companies will total an XJ for a non-functioning hatch strut. The fact that they totaled it has nothing to do with your ability to fix it.

Replace the door (or remove it), swap the fluids & plugs and run it into the ground! Ha ha! Trail jeep.

Having a salvage title will kill any resell value later on,And some insurance companies won't give full coverage on a salvage title.

The OP is in the U.A.E. I don't think he is worried about salvage title or insurance!

No way to tell if there is frame damage by those pictures. Have it looked over very good by a mech. If frame it damaged, then sell for parts or scrap metal.

Hey, mine got crunched by a mechanic and their adjuster totaled it but they decided to just settle for cash and give me my Jeep back. The damage was minor but they figured 1,800 to fix it. That damage looks to be considerably more to fix by a body shop so more expensive than the vehicle is worth but I would tackle it if I could see a picture of the damage below the door with the door open first. I doubt there is any frame rail damage.
