Buy these tires or not? Help me decide.

He has 4 xterrain pro comp 31x10.5x15s
He was asking for 400 with the stock rims off his jeep but he said he could also dismount them, and I offered 300 and he took it. I looked up the tire online and saw it starts at 19/32 tread depth and think there a little farther than 40-50% tread by looking at the picture. You tell me.
Here's a picture of the tread.
There's also a pic of what the rest of the tread pattern looks like, I'm fairly certain anyways.
Opinions?

for $300 for tires and rims i'd say you did pretty good, the tire you pictured looked a little worn like you said about 50% maybe a little less but its all good

$300 for rims and tires is not a bad deal. My buddy had a set of Procomp MT's on his old XJ and the thing was like a tank - just couldn't be stopped. Tread wear is horrid though.
