Default Best way to cut tubing for a decent price?

I have all my steel tubing, got practice welding some of it, and am ready to start building my bumper, however, it is all sch 40 and i am not going to try to get angles right with a qrinder. My question is, what tool should i buy that'll get the job done, and be practical for this. I am making front and rear bumpers and side steps. That is about it... and any particular brands and models to please. want to make sure i don't try to get a wood one instead of metal. lol.

Also, would this work?

Skil 9" Band Saw with Light 3385-01?
