I almost bought that stuff just because there was an XJ on it! Went with Duplicolor Bed Armor so it would match the bumper. Worked great and is nice and strong.

Is that paint you posted textured? I didn't take a long enough look at it. Thinking of using it for mirrors, door handles, roof rack, etc.

Never mind. Can clearly see its not textured now. Lol.

That looks great for those not wanting texture. How well has it held up?

This stuff works great! I have no complaints. All I did was wash the bumper caps and side trim (I'll be taking the side trim off eventually), use the primer for Trim and Bumper Paint and then 3 light coats of this stuff. I lost my pics on my old phone though

alright i went to autozone looking for that paint and they were out so i got some rustoleum plastic paint that was gloss black. i sanded them with 1000 grit sand paper, then went over with a scotch brite and then wiped down with acetone and then painted. i put 3 coats on it almost looks like it didnt want to stick good. kinda like bubbles or something? what do you think i should do?
edit: you could almost say "blochy" but a bunch of small bloches

Couple of things:
1. Use satin not gloss paint.
2. Alcohol is a lot better to prep with, acetone and urethanes don't mix very well, hence the "blochy".

Another option (which I did) is rustoleum spray on bedliner. It has a little texture to it and it looks good when finished.
