Hello everyone,

I need help. Basically my situation is as follows. I have a 2006 Jeep Cherokee Laredo. I only have 1 key and the keyless buttons on the keyfob are broke. I am looking for a cheap solution so I can Lock/UNLock my doors. Is there a way to buy another buttons/circuit and use the key I have. Note: I can start the engine just fine and I can stick the key into the door and open it just fine. Only the buttons are broken and not working. Please let me know all options even a work around. I only need a keyless way to Lock/Unlock my doors so any advise is appreciated. Also if there is a way to use another vehicle's keyless buttons to unlock lock I would be open to that. Also, Please also let me know where I could buy this from. Thanks

Buy another key off ebay and try to swap the guts or have then new key cut and let the dealership program it.
