Very true. If the answer is always "newb, do a search", this would be an archive library, not a forum. People not giving that type of answer all the time is what separates the civility of this board, from the arrogance of another one I became a member of.

Yeah, I may have joined CF two months ago, but I've been working on cars since I was 14. I'm kinda new to Jeeps but they're not all that different than other vehicles. I'm definitely not a newb, but hey what do I know? I'm only in the middle of an engine swap in my other car.

If the thread is the same, and gets posted once a week, then there is no need to repost.

Exactly. Thats the whole point of this thread. If you go look in the Cherokee Tech section on any given day there are bound to be 3 or more new threads about the SAME subject. Questions that could be answered in-depth with more info than most people would need by using the search function.

this is true there are occasions where there are multiple threads bout same subject at same time. that is not what im talking about. sometimes u need things answer so u understand them. not answer the way other people do them or how other people understand them. every1 understands and inturprets things differently. and i think every1 learns best and easiest by either beign shown or by having there own personal questions answered.

Yeah, I can understand that. but having 3 threads at the same time about which lift or tires to get is kinda stupid.
