Anyone have pics of '31s on stock Up Country suspension?
want to get some treadwright guard dogs and 31 is the smallest they make. There's lots of room right now in my wheel wells. Just seeing if anyone has a similar setup. Look in my garage and you can see my XJ and see the extra room i have. I'm currently on the stock 225's

I don't see anything in that article about up-country suspension.
The typical consensus is that 235s are the biggest you can fit on a stock Cherokee. 30s will fit with some slight rubbing and a healthy suspension. 31s will fit with a fair amount of trimming and perhaps adjusting of steering stops or bumpstops. From what I've read, up-country suspension is about an inch higher than stock. I have a 2 inch lift and my 31s still rubbed my flares. Removing the flares gave enough clearance, no metal trimming was required. I'm also running spacers though, 31s on stock wheels will rub your control arms. Are you planning on 31x10.50x15s on your stock wheels? Need some more deets.

I'm running a diy 2" lift and 235's. It's mostly a commuter but I might do a little overlanding with it with a local group. Got two kids in college so biting the difference in price between the two new $82/tire Wranger 235's I needed and 5 new matching of anything else seemed like a little overkill for what I use it for. 235's are 29" anyhow, the wranglers ride fine and have been fine in the winter, which is mostly what I'm concerned about.
