Default Anyone build a spare tire carrier for their roofrack?

Has anyone built a spare tire carrier (or brackets) for their roof rack, I need to know if there is anything I can build without cutting or welding that I can put together and have my spare 32" secure and some kind of lock?

Might be able to ratchet strap it down then put one of those padlock things for bikes that you can get from walmart for cheap

You want cheap, then a ratchet strap and bicycle cable lock is for you.

I picked up 2 long open O circle bolts @ Home Depot, slid them thru the roof rack. total cost $7.00. gonna go pick up some washers to secure better and a security chain.

I didnt want to do the ratchet strap I wanted it to look cleaner.
