I can not find a video of the steps jeep cherokees used to go through being produced in the Toledo Assembly Plant.

Does anybody know where I can find one?

Yea I wanna see this.. especially if the footage was taken October 1999... that's Chery's birthday. Or so the door sticker says.

i though i read somewhere that plant closed down. and they are gonna try to turn it into a offroad park. in an old issue of jp mag.

Didn't hear about them turning it into an offroad park... that's awesome, it started as the birthplace of our XJ's, and now it'll be our XJ's playground! Still sad it's closed down though... but at least their turning it into something good.

i found the issue, june 2010, in dispatch. i was gonna scan it but my scanner wont work. theres an idea floating around to turn the vacated 70-acre location of the former toledo jeep assembly plant on jeep parkway in west toledo into a "playground" according to the toledo blade.it would be created to mark the 70th anniversary of the wrangler,if it happened,mug bogs, obstacles, and port-a potties are among the thoughts on the table. so im not sure if they still make jeeps there or not. yea and in honor of the wrangler? what about the cherokee too or jeeps in general? anyways thats it.

There should be a solid mud sculpture of a Cherokee made somewhere in the middle of it all. Or maybe stone...

My mom is Jeep's head of advertizing for digital and social media. I'm sure I could ask her about getting you a video from chrysler if you can't find it.
