ABS wiring and box under rear seats

ABS wiring and box under rear seats
Hey everyone. New to writing to the forums here so I'm sure this has gone around and around all ready but I'm starting to get confused and could use the help from the jeep family. I have a 98 xj sport, 4d. I lifted the back seat hoping of find an amp since I all ready put in aftermkt radio and speakers. However, the blk box looks to have 3 wires coming into it and the # 56006315. I'm pretty sure abs. Under it it has a blk terminal connecting and a separate red as well. On those wires it does say abs in white lettering. What is this ?
