... or at least the pop part: when the Jeep has been parked and start to move, or I'm turning from a stop, there's a pop/thunk somewhere in the front end; usually sounds as if from passenger's front corner; mechanic has been trying to figure this out; replaced all bushings when I got the rig a year ago; just replaced the drag link/assembly, but the pop continues. Any ideas how to track this down and fix it? Thanks.

i know you said it sounds like its coming from the pass side but check your frame side track bar bracket. it can get loose over time. check to make sure the bolts are nice and tight.

I think I know what you're talking about. I've had a similar noise ever since I put in my lift. Same side. It happens whenever I hit turns or go over speed bumps.

Thanks all. Appreciated. Passing this info along to my mechanic and we'll see what magic he can do.

i get the the same sound from my front end and it's always the trac bar bracket bolts. i check the bolts just about every weekend before and after wheeling it. when i do my frame stiffiners i'm going to wield the trac bar bracket on as while.
