Why don't you just post it on craigslist or autotrader so you don't have to **** with shipping?
|
I'll give you $20

Crap.
$22 and I'm done. |
i recently sold my Titan on craigslist. had 100s of calls and most were no shows or a waste. I never sold on ebay but it seems less of a headache (i could be wrong)
|
That rust is pretty scary for someone to buy sight unseen... what are you thinking for a minimum?

I would accept $4000 as rockbottom |
I think you should have done this as a for sale ad if you already knew what you wanted.
I see no real point to this thread. |

I see no real point to this thread. i was just hoping to get some enthusiasts feedback that know these jeeps to share some insight. I didnt want to list it for sale at this price if the bumper and rust spot spooked people (i like to sleep at night). Or if others had some ideas on what to post... However i did spend quite a bit of time last night looking on craigslist and autotrader and i think the price is spot on for a quick sale considering all the other factors... |
I dunno. Just looks an awful lot like a FS ad, just with a different title, no firm price, and a question mark.
But I'm not saying this to start an argument. |
even know that rust spot is limited there are a ton of Jeeps out there with similiar mods for that price.. to get top dolloar you might have to fix the rust spot and fix the bumper just my 2 cents...

It's only limited to that spot on the rocker. I have a lot of pics underneath and their is no rust anywhere else. I also scanned all the service records and will list that on eBay auction (hopefully makes bidders happy)

With baby # 2 coming I don't really have the time to take it on. Plus With my wife being laid off a few weeks ago i decided to just sell some toys.... |
I liked that with eBay I would get the funds with no hassle. Either someone bids or buys or not....
|
well if that is the case you could make thr xj a DD again.. what is your other car?

Couple months ago my buddy got scammed as a seller on ebay. He sold some rims for $600, sent them to the buyer and then the buyer claimed they were not as described, filed a report with paypal and now my buddy's wheels are gone along with $600.
wow. that is pretty bad. |

She drives a Lexus RX350 and i have an acura TL as my DD. I had a Titan for my home depot runs and to pull some toys but just sold that. The Cherokee was more an impulse drive. I had a 1996 classic and when i came across the jeep i had to have it lol. Figured it woul dbe a nice toy for the snow...dont know of any trails on Long Island... |
hm.. tough chose... how many other toys do you have.. they said a bad winter is coming.. but on that note if you can do a simple sand down and fix the rust spot your self that would be your best bet.. white is pretty easy to match in spray paint..
