Although not labeled a Cherokee, the Wagoneer is based off of the XJ. I have recently come across a 1989 Jeep Wagoneer Limited, which has been sitting in a driveway for 6-ish years without being driven. The elderly gentleman who owned it had passed away a couple years ago after his health had declined prior to 2016. I learned this, and more, from his widow after contacting her via US mail. She informed me, after agreeing to meet, that as far as she knew, the Jeep ran just fine before being parked. She also relayed that her son and grandson did not want to take it off her hands. I went over it with a broad-toothed comb and took several pictures. The only rust I found was on the rear bumper and a small speck on the roof near the hatch. I will post a few pictures below for your perusal, I'm just wondering what I should offer her.
