6.5" lift C8.25 axle U-bolts
Just bought my first jeep. Got it for a great price and its a fun toy but I noticed the *** end was dropping more and more, the more I drove it. Seems the rear leafs are shot. They're mostly flat, and I have about a 1" clearance between my tread and the back of my wheel well. The current set up, as far as I can tell, is stock leafs and a 4 or 5" block. The U-bolts are pretty long too.
I feel as though these 6" Leafs will eliminate the need for a block and it will give me the clearance I'm looking for. But I'm at a loss as to the U-bolt size. Little help? Little guidance?

Yes you need a new "Complete" lift kit with new leafs and coils for the size lift you plan on running. New U-Bolts will come with the lift kit to match your differential.
What size tires are those, the wheels stick out a long way from the body. For tires up to a 35x12:50x15 you need a 15x8" wheel with 3.75-4" of BS for a proper fit and be able to air down without popping the bead.
If you plan on a lift over 3" you need to do some research here on what all parts are required to do it properly. Just seeing those blocks reeks of it not being done properly at all, or all the parts needed installed either. The list for a high lift is long and costly, the same for large tires like a 33" tire need a 4.56 gear is needed the stock ones suck big time. Most all need to trim the fenders for clearance for flex also with a larger tire.
