Sell the 10 inch rims and buy some used 6.5-8 inch steel rims. Mounting a 9.5 inch wide tire on a 10 inch wide rim is a bad idea, and can be extremely dangerous, hit a pot hole at speed, lose a bead, and there is no way of knowing where you'll end up, or who else will pay for your decision.

As for a correct way to answer a question, I rather hear a rude remark, and get a straight answer.

 

Can't say he is wrong though... If he does get a professional shop to I stall them and I doubt they will they are putting themselves on the line too. It's just not smart. Especially when you can get d-windows for 44 bucks a wheel.. Or even trade what he has.
