Default 3" lift and tire set up

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this but I have a 99 xj sport. looking to put a 3" lift on it with 31s. looking for the best set up for use on sand for surf fishing but also want to be able to use in dirt and snow, and be able to drive highway. i might be asking a lot but i figured id get some answers here. just looking for the best tire set up for all that. Thinking about going with rough country lift. Thank you in advance for any feed back i receive.

Id go rough country full leaf 3" and as for tires theres many options id do a search on tires. U could go very reliable an get BFG A/Ts M/Ts or goodyear duratracs cooper SSTs theres a million good tires out there just gotta research and see whats best for u. Good luck man!

I did a junkyard 3" lift, and like my BFG-AT's pretty well. I do kinda wish I had taken a better look at the BFG- KM2's though
