Is 06 Grand Cherokee Reliable?

I have an opportunity to buy a very clean, well maintained '06 Grand Cherokee 4x4 3.7 with 120K. It has a mild 2in lift with 33" AT's and looks pretty nice. The 06 Grands and Commanders don't seem to get very many favorable reviews. I've read a lot of complaints about electrical and computer issues so I'm not sure this one would be as reliable as my old XJs have been. So I'm coming here to listen to the *true* experts. I appreciate any input if you own or have owned this model + year or have any experience with them at all.
