2001 XJ

Does anyone know what the three "hoops" on the ceiling in the rear of a 2001 are for? Wasn't sure if they are supposed to be for cargo net attachment, but my 2000 XJ doesn't have them.

Child seat anchors. My 2001 has em as well.
