If the axle shifted and you can't get the track bar to align with the bracket then u need to put the tires back on and put it on the ground on its own weight. Then you need to get someone to turn the steering wheel back and forth while you lay under and when the holes line up slide the bolt in and you're good.

I've also been successful using ratchet straps to pull the body one way or the other.

So would you attach the ratchets to a part of the body and move the axle with the body or tie it to something secure and try it?

Alright I'll have to find a sturdy one do you recommend on stands or on the ground?

it you already have it on the ground then try the steering trick. But ether way will work for the straps. Your basically forcing the body to move left or right to line up with track bar.
