ZJ roof rack

So I'm building a "bolt in" factory replacement roof rack system. So far I have the mounting rails almost done and mounted and the basket is close too. Here's some pics. Tell me waht you all think.

I think it's pretty close to the roof but if its solid that doesn't matter does it. what is the rail system rated for? I am wanting to do an upgrade if I put a tent up on my roof it weighs in at 130 lbs and the rack that is on there is rated for 150 if I had a dog or a kid they could sleep up there. Otherwise, I'm thinking of storing gear up there and using the back of the Jeep for a sleeping area if I'm out and about.
