i got my inner fenders out and have not done nothing. i was my jeep all the time in the winter so it has not been a problem. i am going to do the noodle thing cuz its annoying listening to the fender flap in the breeze while driving down the highway.

I cut mine out while I lived in the mojave. Now I live in Kansas. I guess I need to do it now. I don't understand where the noodle goes. Anyone got a pic?

I just cut my fenders and would like to see pics of the noodle in place also. I have heard people using expansion foam also and I am curious to see pics of that too.

Sounds good. When you post the pics send a little explanation of the process you took in doing it.

I have had mine open with no problems. I spray the hinges and colsers with white lithium grease every oil change. Also I removed the washer bottle and installed an earlier model one under the hood. Lost pics, but you colud check out my build thread for them. titled addiction 99.
I found mine at the local junk yard. It came out of a late 80s model.
