Weldfree Light Bar?
I saw a thread for a guy who made an EMT Roof rack that turned out pretty awesome. I don't have a welder, but I can build a ton of things and I'm great with tools. I'm not sure if I like roof racks but I at least one a light bar. Does anyone know the best way to build a weldfree light bar?

get rectangle Thule Load bar that gutter mounts. Easiest way to go it and it is stable and would vibrate much. you can just drill holes and insert and space the lights however you want. you can get them used of craigslist alot of the time for cheap

CAR brand has em. Kinda spendy though. 96 XJ hit it on the head. I've seen some mount light directly on factory luggage rack crossbars. Kinda ghetto IMO but it'll get the job done.

i have my lights mounted to the factory luggage rack bars and then my roof rack is going to sit in between the factory luggage rack cross bars. i like it and it works great and allows u to hid the wires really well.
