started working on my wench bumper today. I got a lot done tell my guide rollers started slipping on my mig so i called it a day.

still need to cut in the recess for the roller fairlead.

That's almost like I did mine but I used a flat piece of plate in the front.

Looks well built. What made you decide to have it stick out so far? I guess you didn't want to cut the OEM cross member?

i have an old lincoln sp-125 plus that the power output and voltage ratings are exactly the same as the new 140's with .030 flux core wire, and yeah i didnt want to mess with cutting the crossmember

got some more work done today. got the roller fairlead opening cut in and mounts welded up and about 90% of it welded up just need to take it off and finish welding it up, then paint it.

well i got it all welded up and a base coat of black on it
