Default My take on cargo drawer

The base runs all the way across the back and it held down by five bolts; three are the same that hold the winch slide, and then there are two more on the passenger side. I screwed up when I mounted my drawer slides to the box because the drawer is about 1/4 inch higher than I planned, but I don't want to pull the top off to fix it. Drawer is about 3 7/8" deep and about 27x20" on the inside if I remember correctly. Drawer and box sides are screwed and glued except for the very top which is just screwed. I also added six tie downs; four on the top and two on the base by the winch slide, for securing additional cargo.

Since the winch slide "latch" rattles I didn't want the same thing on the drawer so I used a real latch to hold it in tight. I did however use one of the gate latches to be able to keep the drawer open if on an incline.

Lol, I'm not looking forward to having to use anything and then put it back! The most commonly used items are probably my trailer *****, which just so happen to be on the bottom.
