Default $15 Brush Guard

My pics are *****, but here it is!

Used some 1.5" EMT conduit and a 90 degree elbow - cut two 2' pieces and attached them to the
inside of the slanted portion of the stock bumper (after cutting out the hole)

Held the brush guard up with a bungee cord so it would stay tight during the drill marking process

Marked my dots and drilled away, can't get much more redneck than this!
Damn Proud

15 bucks at Lowes, holds up pretty sturdy. I wouldn't recommend mounting your g/f on it, but it sure as hell can push some brush away and saves a few bucks.

Hey when you have 3 kids, you gotta improvise! Putting food on the table is more important than your 600 dollar bumper!

Looks more like a stinger than a brush gaurd...but anyhow it's definatly unique and if it works to serve the purpose you built it for its worth 15$.

Did I miss something? How does it attach to the vehicle? Honestly not bad, considering the budget.

Front bumpers aren't necessarily $600.

This is true. Family first man. Now just a suggestion, if you like the inexpensive route and feel the need to upgrade try the Rigid pipe in the plumbing isle. Its a lot thicker wall. But the gaurd doesn't look too bad.
