I'm a BROKE highschool kid, but i bought an xj for my first car and have been working on it when i have time and money. Its almost the same color as yours and i have a 4.5 lift and 32's. I've been tossing around the idea of a cage for a while but i don't want to give up cargo room, and full exo's just aren't my style. Your build is my favorite I've seen so far by a long shot and i think a hybrid cage like that is the way to go. Keep up the good work, maybe some day ill get the funds to build one and you bet i'm using your's as my example!
That being said, do you have any quick tips if you were to do the whole thing over again? what material tubing did you use? how did you tie it into the unit body?
