I got all the tooling with it as well. I'll get it all up out of the jeep and into the apartment later today and take a better picture. Yes it's rough, but you can't argue with the price of $0.00. Yes it functions. He just upgraded. This was taking up room in the garage, so.....................

Downside it has to sit on the floor for now. I guess the beginning milling process will give me a bad back but oh well. I just gotta go scrape up some aluminum rod somewhere. About oh 2 1/4" diameter should do it. In convenient 2 inch long and 1.5 inch long sections. So if anyone has any they wanna donate I'll give out my address. :D Since I just foiund out I had to do that @#$@#% valley gasket thing on my 5.2 and I don't have the $$ for it.
