homemade frame stiffeners
Has anyone ever drew up some frame stiffeners on CAD or come across some that have? I have access to a plasma cutter so I want to make myself some.

Looking forward to this. I'm sure it's not that hard.

It wouldn't be that difficult. Hardest part is getting the front mounting holes for the bumper correct. That's why I wanna see if someone maybe already did it to save myself the hassle.
|
Doing the cad can be time consuming. I build them full length for XJ, ZJ & WJs too. It also take a press brake that can handle 5ft of 10ga. minimum
|
I ended up drawing an entire set on cad. And I have a hydraulic brake for bending the stiffeners

I'd love to have a set of those drawings as well if you wouldn't mind.

Once I get back to school I'll convert the drawings to drafting drawings and post em on here
