Default home brew snorkel is done!!!

finished product. pretty rigged up but again. its a woods jeep not a show jeep. and yes it is water tight.

yes actually if you look close there are 3 brackets on it. they are white so they blend in. but its screwed on

am i missing something or is that air filter going to be gunked up with mudd in no time?

thats temporary, im gonna "fab" up a "hood" for the top of it that sheilds the air filter. i wanted to use an air box but cant find one for free haha.

with the filter on top, what happens when it rains? or are you planing on building a shroud for it?

its plastic, same stuff as the pvc, just square and looks a lot better

i've seen a foldgers coffee can (the big metal kind) used to enclose the filter. its usaully the perfect size
