How much did you spend on this build approximately ?

Roughly 1/2-3/4 of 4'x8' sheet of 3/16" plate.
Angle iron under the winch mount for strength
1-1/4" pipe for the grill guard
Misc nuts and bolts
Lots of weld wire and gas
Several flap wheels, grinding wheels and cut off discs
2 cans of primer and several cans of bed liner

Can't say for sure because some of it was cut from scraps and leftovers but I'd say all in I'm around $250-$300.

I worked on it a when I had time so it's hard to add up actual 8 hour work days but i'd say close to 4-6 full days total. A lot of that could be cut out if I had a way of bending the large sections. That would cut out many feet of welds and a lot of grinding and smoothing joints.

So at $100/hr for custom fab shop time plus materials your looking at a $4-5,000 bumper. :w00t: That's one reason I'm not going into production mode anytime soon.

That time also includes working out the design. There's a lot of sitting and staring and thinking in there. I had a rough sketch of where I wanted to go and vision in my head but I didn't bother sitting down at the computer and drawing it up. If I do get into production on any of the stuff I'm building I'll have to document it so it's repeatable and so I can get some of the parts cut and bent up for me to cut down the time and cost.
