Default Front bumper specs

I'm wanting to build a front bumper with the 3/4 shackles and a receiver. Anyone have any specs I could use to build one?

I want to build my own as well. I also need specs. No one has exact measurements at all? And a picture or two?

This was my original design before tweaking it some more. The mounts are 33" apart. Fender to fender is 60" I think. A total bumper width of 64" matches TJ flares exactly, so 62" would probably match up with stock flares.

I think he wants something without a winch. Better approach angle.

widths would still be the same. Just change the height and depth measurements if that's the case. That design is the only picture I have that has the measurements included.

Thanks for the pic and the measurements. Is there any special way for the d ring mounts? I read that you have to weld them to the bumper brackets too? But I don't know it thats right.

No matter.

Grab some cardboard, a sharpie, a tape measure, and get crack-a-lackin, lol

When Mocking a new bumper or anything for that matter, I like to use foamboard of the same thickness as the steel I plan to fab with. It helps get better measurements, and fitlment. Just my 02
