Are the top welds ground down? Maybe just the picture

the bumper is made of 3/16 plate steel with 6-7 gussets on the back side and another 6"x10" 3/16 for the winch plate reinforcement. I'm in Boise ID, i used my school shop to cut everything so idk if i could make these to sell till i get my own shop. I owe this bumper template to LandL Fabrication. He gave me the idea to build one like his but wanted a few things different. he makes and sells these bumpers for cheap 200 plus 75$ shipping. I just wanted to get input about the one I made. and yes the top welds had more then enough Pen so I ground them flat for estetics.

Nice man, I like it. I guess it was just the picture and the gloss of the paint, but it looked like you hadnt.

I have built 2 bumper with the same basic design, works well. If you plan on mounting a winch, have fun getting the front 2 mounting bolts in with the piece angled back. I had to wallow out the front 2 holes on mine so I can get them started and then do the back 2.
