The smaller one going to be offset? Lights our aerodynamics? I was thinking the same thing with mine at this point its just a matter of getting the top to stick to the bottom and the bottom to the jeep :P

I went with the offset as well. Got both hoops complete just need a welder!

Both hoops are done gonna clean em up tomorrow and the lights.are 6" round lights I'm gonna.have another hoop.come out in front of.the two to make it look like a bee Lee's roof rack. Use the search and type.in monster roof rack.and you can see the links to his other racks and it will kind of look like that just not as big

So I've been welding and grinding them down smooth but today it finally started to take it's form!

Looking good, are you going to add a support that goes to the top of the basket? Low hanging branches might wack it out of place, that emt is some thin stuff, I don't know how secure your welds are going to be. Looks great though!

Definitely ha i just ran out of time working on it today. I started welding the support pieces mainly today. But im gonna add bent tubing to the top of that front hoop.

I have built racks with EMT...depends on the EMT used (there are differences) it can be VERY rigid once it is all done. Throw some bedliner on and good to go....

Looks really good! I had an idea where the gutter mounts would have a bolt to tighten it up and in if you know what im saying.
